APARTMENT RULES: 1.- IT IS PROHIBITED to have parties in the apartment. 2.- IT IS PROHIBITED to make noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. 3.- Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the apartment, building and terraces. 4.- IT IS PROHIBITED to throw garbage or dirty the stairs or the terrace of the block. 5.- Access to the block, apartment or terrace is PROHIBITED to more people than those listed in the reservation (including visitors). 6.- Respect the check-in (entry) and check-out (exit) times of the apartment (until 11:00). 7.- Be respectful, polite and courteous with neighbours. 8.- FORBIDDEN to cover, cover or disconnect video surveillance cameras. 9.- IT IS PROHIBITED to use towels or sheets outside the apartment (neither pool nor beach) Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in the loss of the deposit paid.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
